COSTS & PAYMENT
The cost for this adventure is $5500 per person which includes:
+ Transfer to and from the airport in Marseille, just under an hour’s drive from the village. Or transfer to and from the TGV (fast train) station in Avignon. We will provide more detail regarding travel arrangements should you decide to come on the trip!
+ Accommodations for 7 nights*
+ All breakfasts
+ 4 Lunches, one of which will be a part of our cooking class with private instructor Chef Guilles. + L’heure de L'apéro on 3 nights (“Cocktail Hour”)
+ 4 Dinners, 3 “at home” prepared and served by private chefs, and our Farewell Dinner at a Michelin-star restaurant
+ Snacks and beverages stocked at “Our House”
+ All transportation, private guide fees, tour admissions and gratuities for the week + Guest speakers
* Two lovely homes have been secured as “home base” in the heart of the charming small village of Eygaliéres. They are connected by a garden gate - both have heated pools, gorgeous outdoor spaces… All bedrooms are en-suite.
The fee does not include:
- Airfare/train travel or transport from other airports other than Marseille or Avignon
- 3 Dinners “On Your Own” (of course we can dine together if you wish!)
- 3 Lunches
Due to the popularity of this destination, and in order to secure the best chefs, guides, drivers and accommodations, a non-refundable deposit of $800 is due by August 1st of this year. If you know you want to be a part of this, we would encourage you to send forth your deposit even earlier as we will fill the limited spots on a first-come, first-served basis. The balance of $4700 is due July 14th, 2025, approximately two months prior to our arrival date.
